HISTORY:
NE Motors Ltd was established in 1983 by Neil Edgerley and since then it has grown more and more successful. NE Motors was getting so busy it moved from its original premises in Sherborne, Dorset, after only 5 years trading, to a larger premises in West Coker, Somerset in 1988. With the business still growing Neil and his team decided to move again in 1996 to an even larger premises in Ditcheat, Somerset, where the business remained successful until 2014 when it moved to its current premises in Pylle, Somerset. The business also added car & motorcycle MOT bays upon its latest expansion.
OUR TEAM:
NE Motors Ltd is a family run business, Neil Edgerley established the business in 1983 and his partner Lucy McAuslan-Crine has supported the business behind the scenes problem solving and improving since it all began.
Their daughter Barley joined the business in 2010 and has helped expand the customer base and care level as well as modernise the systems in place running the business.
In the workshop we have Tom who ran the Fosse Garage for 30 years before NE Motors Ltd took over in 2014 he helped with the transition of the business and now assists with the high level of service provided in the workshop, particularly on the classics.
We also have 3 full time technicians in the workshop; Jim, Simon, and Sam. Jim joined the team in October 2015 bringing a high level of problem solving and expertise to the workshop whilst Simon, who joined the team more recently in April 2016, also brings a high level of service as well as being a qualified MOT tester. Sam worked for us throughout his training as a motorsport engineer.
NE Motors Ltd is supported on a day to day basis by Sam Robinson, a highly skilled computer technician who keeps everything from the office computer to the workshop diagnostics equipment running smoothly. His company is based on site. Please see www.randommadness.co.uk for more details.
